Stewart Black Tartan

The Stewart Black Tartan is a variant of the Royal Stewart Tartan, a darker, somber interpretation associated with the Royal House of Stewart, which produced the monarchs of Scotland and England for centuries. While the Royal Stewart tartan was officially published in 1831, the concept of uniform clan tartans like this emerged during the Highland Revival in the early 19th century, initially for marketing and preservation.  The Black Stewart remains a widely recognized and popular tartan today, symbolizing the deep and noble lineage of the Stewart clan
